Bedtime Yoga Online
Join from the comfort of your own home, arrive in your pjs (cameras will be automatically off as you enter into zoom-land), bring a bedtime drink, light a candle, and be guided through a calming bedtime routine to help you release stress and tension from the day and prepare for deep sleep. Bedtime stories, special bedtime nidras, meditations and lullabies - all specially designed for this time of year - will be woven throughout these sessions to comfort and soothe before bedtime.
This year the bedtime stories will have a plant medicine theme, to help you connect with nature and find comfort and wellbeing.
Booking gives you access to the classes live online, along with lifetime access to the class recordings. People sometimes fall asleep during the class, so it's nice to have the videos to hear the end of the story if you missed it!

This includes lifetime access to the class recordings, so if you can't make it live you can save the recording for a time when you can really indulge yourself in some TLC. People often fall asleep during the stories, so it's also nice to have the recording so you can keep trying to stay awake whilst listening!

Your bedtime yoga is a blessing and I am really, really enjoying them. Every week I look forward to it and I don't make any plans that evening. It's "my evening" for self-care, for self-love. An evening when I stop the world and the world is mine. Straight after, I get ready for bed all relaxed and I read. I don't check my phone or use any technology, and it's great! Maria, Hebden Bridge
