Vinyasa Flow Yoga in York

Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic class compared to Beginners Yoga. The pace will be faster and the practices more challenging. Beginners who are looking for a strong practice are welcome if you are happy to join more experienced practitioners. As well as being a stronger physical class, Vinyasa Flow includes meditation and nidra (deep relaxation).

Overview

Vinyasa Flow is a strong dynamic practice. There will be focus on building strength and flexibility, whilst maintaining integrity and being careful to not push beyond your limits. Classes will always include meditation and nidra (think 'business class relaxation'!)

The classes were excellent. Every time we would do new sequences and poses, keeping it interesting and engaging. The classes were organised around a well thought-out theme.
 

Gillian is a lovely teacher, knowledgable and experienced. She pays attention to each individual participant’s needs. She teaches in a gentle and respectful way and was also able to push us with stronger poses if we wanted to.
