Dawn Yoga Online
Join a calm, quiet online community yoga class which follows the seasons. Practicing yoga first thing in the morning when you wake up can make a deep impression on your state of mind, your nervous system and your general health. And it feels great to have done your practice before the day properly gets going!

Gill is a remarkable teacher; very grounded and caring and free from 'guru ego issues'. She is however a woman with a depth of knowledge and expertise. Her classes reach body and soul; calming, energising and strengthening.
I first took Gill's yoga classes for real something like 20 years ago but moved away. Then in the midst of the pandemic a silver lining! Gill started teaching on-line. It's a joy rather than a chore to be able to roll out of bed and take part in Dawn yoga at 7am. It's a magical time as we really notice the change in the seasons and the light.
It's been a beautiful way for me to build consistent yoga practice with a great teacher into my life.
A Seasonal Yoga Practice
In Dawn Yoga we attune to the seasons, moon phases and solar events (the solistices and equinoxes) as well as to nature in general.
During the summer months the practice can be strong and dynamic, whilst in the depths of winter there is a more meditative and restorative approach:

Join live online, on zoom
Mondays 7am - 8am
Wednesdays 7am - 8am
Fridays 7am - 7.30am

Your camera and mic will be automatically off as you join, so no need to worry about getting ready for the session. Just roll out of bed. It is fine if you arrive late, or if you need to leave early - no-one is disturbed in zoom land.​ And if you miss the class, you can catch up using the video; subscribers get lifetime access to all the class recordings.

Who Can Join?
To attend these classes you need to be able to get up and down off the ground safely.
