Service Description
After a short meditation, Gillian will guide you through a calming bedtime yoga practice to help you release stress and tension from the day and prepare for sleep. Classes will include short bedtime stories with a plant medicine theme to bring comfort and connection. Please bring a pile of cushions and blankets to help you to feel as supported and comfortable as possible. You may also like to bring a teddy bear, or a talisman of some kind - any object that gives you a feeling of comfort and connection. Your screen and microphone will be off as you join - so you don't need to feel self conscious. Get your pjs on and bring a soothing warm drink!
