Service Description

Yoga in York focusses on building strength and flexibility in the body, cultivating a meditative mind, and practicing deep relaxation. We follow the seasons, so this January we will be focussing on winter, incubating our ideas, moving slowly, cultivating strength, resilience and presence. Classes always include meditation and nidra (think 'business class relaxation'!)
