Join from the comfort of your own home; make a little nest on your bedroom floor or somewhere quiet, bring a pile of pillows and blankets and a hot drink and turn your phone off.
Your camera and mic will be off as you arrive, so no need to worry about what you look like!

Overview
During these sessions you will be guided through a restorative yoga practice, gently moving between each posture to ease stress and tension from the body.
We will take time to practice meditations and breathwork to soothe the nervous system and I will weave stories and lullabies throughout to comfort frayed nerves. There will also be time for a deep nourishing nidra practice - a soothing balm before you leave to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Gillian’s classes are a joy to attend. She is a superb yoga teacher with a calming voice and inner beauty. She is sensitive to individual needs but manages, even online, to create a real sense of shared space. I cannot recommend her too highly.
