What to Bring
Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you would like - it can be nice to double up on mats. Gillian will be bringing blankets, but you can never have enough blankets in restorative yoga - so please bring whatever you can easily carry!
Who Can Come
Anyone can come. No need for any yoga experience. Gillian will guide you with care and attunement, offering practices that honor your pace, your boundaries, and your unique needs. You are encouraged to participate in whatever way feels supportive - moving, resting, or simply witnessing.
Weekly Classes
Starting September 2026!
Seasonal Yoga
These classes involve moving, strengthening and stretching the body, whilst following the seasons. When we connect to the rhythm of the year and the energy of each season, we bring ourselves into more balance and harmony. The rhythm of the moon, and plant medicine and folklore are also infused into the classes, to help you connect more deeply to the more than human world around us.
Overview
Classes usually begin with a short meditation, followed by moving, strengthening and stretching the body. The class ends with nidra (think business class relaxation!) The class is infused with meditations and breathwork.

"Gillian creates magic and sanctuary in her yoga classes. I’m so grateful to have found her.
Each class is always exactly what I need; the movements, the words, the environment - and the all encompassing sense of safety and peace. But Gillian's classes are also fun, so I laugh and smile a lot.
She's just wonderful!!"
