Service Description

Vinyasa Flow is a strong dynamic practice. There will be focus on building strength and flexibility, whilst maintaining integrity and being careful to not push beyond your limits. We follow the seasons, so this September there will be a focus on Autumn and gathering resources ready for winter. Classes will always include meditation and nidra (think 'business class relaxation'!)
